Re regd. in Austria as OE-XFW (2) to Werner Margreiter from November 2012 till July 2018.

Re regd. in Austria as OE-XFW (2) to Startrade Heli GmbH & Co KG from July 2018 till October 2018.

Re regd. in Austria to Hans Hellstr?m as OE-XFW (2) from October 2018 till exported to Poland.

This became regd. there in Poland as SP-SVW (2) operated by Salt Aviation. The helicopter departed Warsaw-Modlin Airport (WMI / EPMO) for a training flight when it had ditched in the river Wisla near Sady on Thursday the 13th of August 2020. The helicopter being completely destroyed. The 25-year-old pilot instructor and the lady student were picked up from the water by policemen of the River Police boat with the help of firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Department. They were Immediately transported to the shore where they received first aid. Both are in serious condition and were taken to hospital.
