This helicopter was registered to the East German Nationale Volksarmee as NVA 433 from 1978 to 1991.
This was then registered in Germany to the Bundeswehr as 96+05 from 1991 till SOC in 1995 and donated to Hungary in 1996 after spending some time in storage.
This was stored for spares in the open at Vesprem - Szentkiralyszabadja in Hungary ever since the closure of this base in 2004.
This helicopter was noted stored at Mezofalva during January 2010.
Moved since July 2013 as sold to private Solar Kft. Stored in parts by November 2013. This is nowadays on display without rotors but still in its original paint scheme with the tail boom of its sister ship # 96+26 as its tail boom was too badly damaged as noted in May 2018.
